Pick lists

Pick one or several orders in the same round, or split the pick by zone and let the order come together at the pack station. A single order that has to go now is picked in the quick flow, with the shipping label out at once.

Pack station

Scan the item, weigh the parcel, book the shipment and print the label in one flow. The wrong item is caught before the box is taped shut.

Bundles

One line in the store, several components in the warehouse. The breakdown happens on the pick list and stock is drawn from the right component.

Multiple warehouses

Separate settings, currency, time zone and contact details per warehouse. Stock and pick locations stay apart.

Purchasing and replenishment

Replenishment suggestions calculated on actual stock, not reserved, so you do not order twice. Purchase orders can be sent to the supplier as a PDF.

Stock counts

Count by pick location or item, with differences logged as stock movements so the history stays intact.

Shipment booking

DHL, DSV, PostNord and Bring from the order view or the pack station. The tracking number is written back to the store so the customer gets their notification.

Labels and printers

A printer client on the warehouse machine registers local printers and prints labels and documents without anyone clicking through a dialog.

Returns and RMA

The store owns the return portal and the refund. We create the return label, send it through the platform and put the item back in stock when scanned in.

Return label at packing

The packer can include a prepaid return label in the box, automatically or manually, driven by the shipping template.

Customs and proforma

Proforma invoice, CMR and routing label are produced as one bundle and can be emailed directly. Orders needing customs can be blocked from the quick flows so they are handled properly.

Damage claims

File from the shipment with photos and the amount claimed, and follow the case in the system rather than in an email thread.

Shopify

Orders, products and stock in real time, both ways. Stock is written back when the item leaves the shelf.

Payout reconciliation

The store payout is matched against the orders it covers, so fees and refunds land in the right account.

Inventory valuation

FIFO per batch. Every receipt carries its own cost and every issue consumes the oldest batch first, fully traceable.
