The volume behind the price is our combined volume, not yours. A shop sending fifty parcels a month gets the same agreement rate as one sending five thousand. If you already have your own agreements you connect them alongside and choose per shipment.
You top up a shipping wallet and the amount is drawn when the shipment is booked. No credit check, no monthly invoice to reconcile, and you can see exactly what each order cost to ship.
The shipping cost is shown in the booking view before you click, calculated on chargeable weight. No surprise on an invoice a month later.
File from the shipment with photos and the amount claimed. We pursue the case with the carrier, you follow it in the system.
