Questions about pricing

What counts as an order?+
Every order that enters the system, whether it is imported from your store or entered by hand. We count orders and not parcels, so an order shipped in two consignments still counts as one. You decide which orders are imported from the store, using import rules.
Is shipping on top of this?+
Yes. The order fee is for the system. Shipping is separate, and is drawn from your shipping wallet when you book. Book on your own carrier agreement and you pay us nothing for the shipping - the carrier invoices you directly and your shipping wallet is untouched.
What does it cost to get started?+
No setup fee. We help connect the store and import stock. If you want help setting up pick locations and warehouse routines we agree that separately.
Can I use my own carrier agreements?+
Yes. You connect your own alongside ours and choose per shipment. Book on your own agreement and the carrier invoices you directly, leaving your shipping wallet untouched.
